| | Directions | | Combine potatoes, celery, bacon, onion and water. Cook until tender. Bring milk to a boil while you stir egg through flour and salt mixture into rivulets (looks like lumps of flour and egg). Add rivulets to potato mixture. Cook together until done, about 10 minutes. Add milk and salt to taste. |
