| | Directions | | Chop the carrots, celery and green onions fine. Boil these in the chicken broth. In separate kettle melt the butter. Add flour to the butter to make a paste, add broth with veggies, then add cream, cheese whiz, Worcestershire and beer to rest of ingredients. Heat thoroughly. |
