Chop and dice carrots, potatoes, onions and celery. Cook in chicken broth and 2 cans water for 30 minutes or until fork tender. Add cream of chicken soup, soup can water and frozen broccoli/cauliflower bag. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 of Velveeta cheese package before serving.

-1 can chicken broth
-3 cans water
-2 cans cream of chicken soup
-1 soup can water
-1 package frozen broccoli cauliflower mixture (10 ounce package)
-1 pound Velveeta Cheese
