| | Directions | | Cook slowly tomatoes, celery, green pepper and onions for 2 hours. Run through a food grinder. Add sugar and salt. Mix together butter and flour. Add a little of hot mixture into flour. Stir well. Add the flour mixture to the tomato mixture, then stir and cook until thick. Fill jars and seal. Yield: 9 pints. |
