| | Directions | | Cook together lentils, water, celery, onion, parsley and salt for 1 hour. Add potatoes the last 20 minutes. Probably need more water, celery, onion and salt. Brown margarine and flour in a skillet. Add some of the soup gradually until liquid and smooth. Add mixture to remaining soup. |
