| | Directions | | The total cooking time is 1 to 1-1/2 hours. In a stock pot brown Beef with a Tablespoon or two of Oil. Add diced Onion, Celery, Carrots Barley, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Tomatoes and about 2 Quarts or so of water. When water boils add in little Meatballs and continue cooking. Add the diced Potatoes the last fifteen minutes or so. |
