Bring vegetables and water to a boil and then simmer for 20 min. Add broccoli for the last 7 min. Stir in butter, bouillon cubes, dry mustard and pepper. Add Velveeta cheese , cream of chicken soup, milk and half & half (do not let this come to a boil after adding milk products). Stir until cheese melts. Then add ham. *Note: If using ham DO NOT add salt. |
