| | Directions | | Brown ground beef in butter until crumbly. Add onions and celery and saut 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage. Bring to a boil. Add cabbage and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 4-6. I add a lot more water and saut garlic with the onions and celery. |
