| | Directions | | Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour and cook. Blend with wire whip until smooth. While continuing to stir, slowly add (one half at a time) broth, beer, celery and seasoning. Cook over low heat until thick and creamy. Add the cheese, stir to melted. If too thick add more cream or broth. Top with popcorn. |
