| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. For non-stick pan, use 325°. For kugel, mix eggs, sugar, and margarine together. Mix in vanilla, applesauce, and pineapple. Add noodles and mix. Pour into large, flat baking pan (no larger than 12 x 17"). For topping, mix all ingredients together and distribute evenly on top of kugel in pan. Bake for 1 hour. |
