Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Cut cream cheese into 4 pieces and add to butter. Once butter and cream cheese are mixed well together, add the cup of half and half, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Shake pepper on top. Stir all together until well blended.Remove from stove burner and set aside to thicken up. stir every few moments.

Pour over your favorite pasta. Don't forget some bread-sticks to dip in the extra sauce, if there is any.

-		1 package cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
-		1 cup half and half
-		1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
-		1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
-		Pepper, to taste
