| Directions | Chop cabbage, onion, and pepper and mix in large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients for dressing, stirring well. Bring to a rolling boil and pour over vegetables. Mix well and place in refrigerator for four hours. (I put mine in refrigerator over-night.) Be sure to cover tightly. Keeps indefinitely. Side note: Pouring boiling dressing changes the enzymes in the cabbage making it easier to digest. |
