- Tear bread into chunks. Place in a buttered 9x13 pan.
- Mix egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, and apple juice together; pour over bread.
- Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar together; sprinkle over bread pudding.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes. Best served warm but can also be served cold.
- Can serve this bread pudding on its own but it is delicious when served with vanilla custard, whipped topping, cream, or ice cream.
