Heat oil in skillet, add chicken breasts until lightly browned.
Remove chicken. Add soup, water and seasonings. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
NOTE: For a creamier dish, only use 1 1/2 cups rice.
