| | Directions | | Sauté onion and garlic in butter/olive oil (best). Brown ground beef in mixture; pour in Consommé; stir in tomato paste with 1 T. vinegar; simmer with mushrooms (including liquid) for 10 or so minutes Cook noodles. At last minute fold sour cream into mixture. Serve over noodles in large serving dish; sprinkle with paprika. Serve with french bread and salad. |
