Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch pan. In shallow bowl or pie plate, combine crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. In another shallow bowl, blend together egg and milk. Coat pork chops with crumb mixture; dip in egg mixture and again in crumb mixture. Place in baking pan. Bake 45 minutes; carefully turn chops and bake an additional 45 minutes or until done.
-1/2 stick butter
-1 cup cracker crumbs
-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon salt (or less)
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1 egg, beaten
-2 tablespoons milk
-6 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
