| | Directions | | Mix together sugar, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce and heat until sugar dissolves. Season both sides of meat with salt and garlic salt. Dip chicken in egg mixed with water. Fry in about 1/4 inch oil until golden. Place in a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour, turning the chicken half way through. |
