| | Directions | | Drop ears of corn in boiling water and, boil for (5) minutes. Remove and dip in cold water. Cut kernels from cob. Combined corn with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat, and boil for (15) minutes. Ladle into very hot, sterilized jars leaving 1/4" head space. Place in a hot water bath and process for for (15) minutes. Remove from hot water and place on a towel and let stand over night to cool. Check seals and store in a cool dry place, Shelf life is one year and, refrigerator life is six months. |
