For the batter: Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a bundt pan. Cream the eggs, sugar and oil. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well together. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
For the glaze: Place the ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until chocolate chips are melted and drizzle over the cooled cake.
