| Directions | Combine kiwi, sugar, zest and juice in processor. Whirl until pureed. Transfer to bowl. Whisk in buttermilk. Pour into four 1/2-cup individual custard cups. Cover with aluminum foil. Freeze for several hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving. |
