| | Directions | | Soften gelatin in lemon juice. Dissolve bouillon cubes and salt in hot water. Add gelatin. Cool until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in mayonnaise, chicken, apples and avocado. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serves 10. |
