Soften gelatin in lemon juice. Dissolve bouillon cubes and salt in hot water. Add gelatin. Cool until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in mayonnaise, chicken, apples and avocado. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serves 10.
-2 packages unflavored gelatin
-4 tablespoons lemon juice
-4 chicken bouillon cubes
-1 teaspoon Salt
-3 1/2 cups hot water
-2/3 cup mayonnaise
-2 diced, peeled avocado
-2 cups diced, cooked chicken
-1 1/2 cups diced apples
