| | Directions | | Stir together 1-3/4 cups flour, 2 T. sugar, 1 T. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs and 3 T. vegetable oil into 1-1/2 cups milk. Stir in vanilla. Add liquid to dry mixture and whisk. Don't over mix; batter should be lumpy. Makes 10 to 12 pancakes. |
