| | Directions | | Wash cranberries. Toss with 2 tablespoons sugar. Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix egg, milk, vanilla and butter. Stir into dry ingredients. Add cranberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes. |
