Mix flour, cheese and garlic powder. Add oil and milk until a stiff dough forms. Knead, roll out to 1/4" thick. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Let cool in oven with door slightly open until cold and firm.
