| | Directions | | Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add green beans, Lima beans and carrots. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Drain. Return vegetables to pot and mix in all other vegetables. Heat vinegar in saucepan to a boil. Add seasonings. Pour over vegetables. Mix in large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pack vegetables and liquid into jars leaving a 1/4" head-space. Remove air bubbles. Process in hot water bath for 15 minutes. |
