| Directions | Mix salt in ice water. Add squash and soak for 1 hour. Bring to a boil, sugar, vinegar and mustard seed. Drain squash and add with pimentos, onions, and bell pepper to sugar mix. Bring back to a boil. Put in jars and seal. |
