| | Directions | | Cover bottom of pie shell with mozzarella cheese. Place meat over cheese. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or when top is brown. Quiche will puff up and then fall after you take it out. Let it set a few minutes before cutting and serving. |
