In a medium bowl, combine apple, pineapple, oranges, strawberries, and frozen raspberries.


Heat juice, sugar, and flour until slightly thickened. Mix in beaten egg. Cook until thickened. Add Cool Whip. Remove from heat. Chill. Serve with fruit over pound cake.

-1 apple, cubed
-1 can pineapple tidbits, drained with juice reserved for sauce (20 ounce can)
-1 can mandarin oranges, drained (20 ounce can)
-1 package frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed and sliced (24 ounce pkg)
-1 package frozen red raspberries (12 ounce bag)
- Sauce
-6 ounces pineapple juice
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tablespoon flour
-1 egg, beaten
-1/2 container Cool Whip
