| Directions | In a large skillet heat 3 to 4" of oil over high heat. Wash the frog legs in cold water. Skin the legs and rinse in cold water. Dry the legs completely. In a bowl combine flour and cracker crumbs. Dip the frog legs in the egg and then dredge in the flour mixture. Fry the frog legs in the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the oil. Place on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. |
