Add sugar, vinegar and water to medium saucepan. Bring to a boil without stirring. Should look clear when it's 'ready'. Meanwhile, beat 2 egg whties until stiff with baking powder and salt. When boiled mixture is ready, pour over egg whites slowly, while beating the mixture, so as not to cook the egg whites. Continue beating mixture until somewhat stiff. Frost cake immediately. This is very good on angel food cake!
-1 cup Sugar
-1 teaspoon vinegar
-3 tablespoons water
-2 egg whites
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- dash of salt
