Directions
Set cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, onions and tomatoes in a salt water solution (1/2 C. salt and 2 qts. water) overnight. Drain in the morning. Mix soaked vegetables with remaining ingredients and boil 10 min. Seal in jars.

-1 cup sliced onion
-1 cup chopped green tomatoes
-1 cup vinegar
-1 cup Sugar
-1/2 cup water
-1 tablespoon turmeric
-1/2 cup salt inch 2 quarts water
