| | Directions | | Boil and mash potatoes. Add salt, sugar, shortening, and cream. Allow to cool for several hours. Add flour and mix. Roll out thin on floured board. Cook on hot lefse grill of 475° to 500° until brown dots appear on underside. Turn with flat lefse stick and continue to bake until done. Cool and package. |
