| | Directions | | In saucepan, brown ground beef. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese. Heat half of the pasta in a large greased casserole dish. Spread cheese mixture over pasta. Add the rest of the pasta. Top with meat sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
