| | Directions | | Combine beef, bread, milk, lemon juice, onion, egg and salt. Mix well and shape into 6 individual loaves. Place in greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, allspice, and cloves to make the barbecue sauce. Cover loaves with lemon slices and top with the sauce. Bake 40 minutes longer. Makes 6 loaves. |
