| | Directions | | Toss berries in 2 T. flour. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg. Cram margarine; slowly add sugar and beat at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour mixture alternately with bananas into creamed mixture, ending with flour mixture. Fold berries in. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, until done. Makes 1 loaf. |
