| Prep work: Cook linguine and set aside in strainer Dice the cooked chicken breast and set aside Drain the jar of Greek olives and cut all the olives in half Heat up large, deep pan over medium heat Pour in 2 teaspoons of olive oil As the oil heats up, add 1-2 cloves of garlic (minced) Add 1/2 teaspoon of anchovy paste (not a must have) Add in the Greek olives and diced chicken Stir all ingredients together until well mixed for about 1-2 minutes (everything in the pan should be sizzling) Add in a jar of marinara spaghetti sauce and cover the pan When you hear the sauce begin to bubble, you know you're in the home stretch! Turn off the heat and take cover off Stir the sauce and get ready to serve Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the linguine and sauce when ready to eat |
