| Directions | After cooking noodles and Italian sausage, mix with seasonings and mushrooms. Put in large casserole pan. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° covered for approximately 30 minutes. Uncover and let cheese brown for approximately 10 minutes. Can be divided into 2 casserole dishes and it freezes well. |
