Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate steak in the refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours. Turn meat occasionally. Grill or broil for a few minutes on each side. Don't overcook.

-1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root, or 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup soy sauce or soy sauce lite
-2 tablespoons sherry wine (optional)
