| Directions | Place chicken in a 3-1/2 to 4 qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir together the barbecue sauce, preserves, and mustard. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7-8 hrs. or high-heat setting for 3-1/2 to 4 hrs. Remove chicken to serving dish, cover and keep warm. If desired, transfer sauce mixture in cooker to a medium saucepan. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer,uncovered for 10 mins. or until desired consistency. Serve with chicken. Makes 4-6 servings. |
