| | Directions | | Heat oven to 375°. Cook & drain pasta as directed on box. Spray 12 x 8 in. glass baking dish (2-quart) with cooking spray. In nonstick skillet, cook beef, onion & garlic over medium heat until beef is cooked. Stir zucchini into mixture & cook 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper & heat to boiling. Add drained pasta, toss to coat & spread in baking dish. Cover dish tightly with foil & bake 20 minutes. Remove foil & sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yields 6 servings. |
