| Directions | Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. In a separate bowl, mix package of onion soup mix and Russian dressing. Add diced green pepper and stir all ingredients together. Pour over the chicken. Cook in 350° preheated oven for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 6-8 |
