Boil chicken, cook stuffing according to package and set aside. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and add chopped onion. Cook until tender. Add the 2 cans of soup and enough water to make a gravy. Put gravy in bottom of casserole dish. Put chicken on top. Put stuffing on top of chicken. Bake 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
-1 whole chicken or 2 breasts (small)
-1 package Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 can cream of chicken soup

- onion
