| Directions | Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, flour and melted butter. Mix until smooth. Heat frying pan or griddle to medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot greased pan and immediately spread batter out with spatula to make a thin crepe. Cook until light brown. Turn over and cook other side. Spread 1 to 2 teaspoons of jam over warm crepes. Roll up and top with powdered sugar or Cool Whip, or top with butter and syrup. |
