| Directions | Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture. In a skillet, brown steak in oil. Drain and place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with celery, onion and mushrooms. Combine water, garlic and steak sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350° for 1-1/2 hours. Yield: 6 servings. |
