| Directions | Combine ground beef , onion, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties; set aside. In a small bowl, combine cheese, mushrooms, bacon and mayonnaise. Refrigerate. Grill burgers over medium-hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Spoon 1/4 cup cheese mixture over each burger during last few minutes. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato. |
