| | Directions | | Place eggs, melted and cooled butter, Bisquick, and milk in blender until frothy. A hand mixer can be used, but make sure it is well beaten. Pour into a greased quiche dish or a 9" deep dish pie pan. Sprinkle meat, cheese and then onion over the top. Gently press below surface with back of a spoon. Bake 40 minutes at 350°. Let set about 10 minutes before cutting. The Swiss cheese gives a distinct and wonderful flavor even to those who do not care for Swiss cheese. |
