| | Directions | | Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until frothy. Batter will be very thin. Pour a 6 inch circle of batter onto a hot buttered griddle. Lift griddle and spread batter as thin as it will go. Cook until set, then flip to cook other side, which will only take less than a minutes. Keep warm in a covered dish. Serve with warmed maple syrup. |
