| Directions | Sprinkle chops with spices. Place cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Dip chops in egg, then dredge in crumbs. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Spray chops evenly with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. NOTE: I used a rack on the baking sheet. Just be sure to spray it with cooking spray. |
