| | Directions | | Combine egg, cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese and spinach and set aside. Spread 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Then layer in pan 1/2 noodles, 1/2 of sauce and 1/2 of spinach mixture, 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake 10 - 15 minutes more or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. |
