| Directions | Combine potatoes, sauce mix, water and milk in a 3 quart saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add cooked ground beef, green pepper, onions, garlic salt and pepper to potatoes and continue to cook 4 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, potatoes are tender and sauce has thickened. Serve immediately. |
